Gabaleon Echo in the Bone Diana Gabaldon. This is the first time in my reading history I have to stop reading or I will practically commit suicide from the depression I feel. It was like we were following Claire’s life in real time – God forbid we leave out ONE interaction or conversation. Also, as an aside, after having read some long, detailed summaries of the subsequent novels in this series, I’ve decided I won’t be continuing.

Despite what the length of this novel would suggest, the plot was pretty simple. I love the TV series too. And then did I mention the repeated rape and attempted rape scenes?
